Templates are an important concept in ZOA as they define the data and information structure of an object. When you create a new object - regardless of the category - you can select from different templates. The templates can differ in terms of language or overall structure.
The template selected by default is the one that has the same language as your application settings. For example, the screenshot above shows the available templates for adding a new legal entity. As the interface language is set to English, the first and selected template is the English one. The ones below are other language versions (i.e. French, German, Danish).
Custom templates
If your organisation has custom templates that are tailored to the needs of your organisation, you will be able to see them in the dropdown menu. In addition, your custom template will be the one selected per default.
