The Excel-file exports are designed that you can use it for internal or external reporting purposes and for further data analysis. The file structure is the same across all categories of objects (e.g. data collections, processing activities). There are three types of worksheets in the Excel-file:
- Overview: Lists all objects and summary information per object.
- Data: Lists all information elements across all objects. This sheet is useful for further data analysis.
- Object sheets: Each object, such as a specific processing activity or data collection has a separate worksheet that shows all object information in a reader friendly structure.
