Only administrators can delete objects. If you need to delete an object and are not the administrator, please reach out to your administrator.
In order to delete an object in ZOA, you need to go to the object-page and select "Settings". Please note that this page is only visible to administrators. You can click on "Delete" to delete the object.
An object cannot be deleted if it is connected / related with another object. For example, if you connected a legal entity object with a processing activity, you will not be able to delete the legal entity object as it is used in a different context. In such a situation, you will see a warning as shown in the screenshot below.
In order to delete such an object, you first need to remove the relation. You can find out related objects by clicking on the "Relations" page.
