A data collection is any set of records within your organisation that contains data, especially personal data. A data collection can be a large corporate database with all your client data or also a filing cabinet with paper contracts that contain personal data.

Step 1: Select "Data collections" on the dashboard


Step 2: Select the "Create" button in the upper right corner


Step 3: Select a name for your data collection in the dropdown menu...


... or add your custom name in the field and click "Save". 


And your new data collection will be created and shown in the list. You can now click on the name of the new data collection and start adding information.
