Category overview pages exist for:

  • Privacy Principles are the key privacy and data protection principles that apply for your organisation and should be considered by your employees. 
  • News is the place to document and share latest privacy news such as regulatory changes and guidance but also internal news such as upcoming privacy trainings or other updates.
  • Documents & Templates brings together all your documents (e.g. privacy handbook) and templates for various compliance tasks (e.g. answering a data subject request).
  • FAQs help your employees with practical guidance for how to integrate data protection compliance in their daily workflows. 
  • Legislation contains information and links to all relevant compliance legislations.
  • Webinars allows you to share relevant webinars with your colleagues. 



 You can search, sort and filter the content elements. You have following filter options:

  • Statusof the content element with following options
    • Draft: This content is currently being edited and is not available in any publishing channels. 
    • Approved: This content has been approved but is not available in any publishing channels yet. 
    • Published: This content is available in the selected publishing channels. 
    • Archived: This content has been archived and is no longer available in any publishing channel.
  • Status of partner content: If you have access to Knowledge Base content from a partner (e.g. law firm or consultancy), there are following status options 
    • For review: A new content element was shared by your partner. It is not yet available in your Knowledge Base or any publishing channels. You can review the content.
    • Published: If you want to accept the partner content and make it available for your colleagues within ZOA and the publishing channels (e.g. ZOA Privacy Bot for Teams), you set the status to "Published".  
    • ArchivedThis content has been archived and is no longer available in any publishing channel.
  • Publisher
    • Company if the content was added by your own organisation.
    • Partner if the content was added by your partner.
