Permission management
Based on the input from our users, we have added an important new feature that allows the admin of your account to assign fine-grained permissions for each user. In short, the admin can assign which user can view, edit or delete objects. In addition, permissions for exporting objects, viewing documents or audit trail can be set.
The permission management can be accessed via the "user management" that can be found in the main menu on the left-hand side.

Improved concurrency management
We also improved the concurrency management in ZOA. Now you can see the names of other users who are working on the same object simultaneously by clicking on the icon in the lower-left corner.
