Duplicate objects
Based on the input from our users, we have added a new platform feature that allows you to duplicate objects such as processing activities in ZOA. This reduces the effort in cases where a new processing activity is very similar to an existing one. You can duplicate the activity and then edit the object.
You will find a small icon for each object (i.e. legal entity, gap assessment, software & service, data entry, processing activity, data violation) to duplicate it.
You can also rename existing objects directly from the overview page without opening the object.
