Improved: Optimized Print Settings for Exports
When exporting your data (e.g.processing activities) as an Excel file, the print settings are now automatically adjusted so that the contents fit on a single page in landscape format. This allows you to print the details pages with just one click, without needing to adjust the formatting manually. This improvement is based on customer feedback and makes it easier to respond to subject access requests.
Additionally, with the custom export options introduced in the last update, you can precisely define which columns should be included in your data exports. This allows for even more flexible and efficient use of the exported information. If you need a customized export option, please let us know.
Improved: Formatting Options in the Knowledge Base
The ZOA knowledge base is increasingly used by companies for managing and sharing knowledge between legal departments and employees. In response to popular demand, we have introduced additional formatting options in the editor:
- Insert images directly into the description text via drag-and-drop
- Create tables for a structured display of information
- Generate alphabetically ordered lists for better clarity
Additionally, it is now possible to upload files in .dotx format (Microsoft Word templates).
