Only the administrator or users with the required permissions can access the company account profile.
The administrator or users with the required permissions can activate the AI features such as the AI Assistant for the ZOA account on the "Company account" subpage from the left hand menu.
Per default, the AI features are turned off. All ZOA users will have access to the AI Assistant if the setting "Enable AI features" is set to "On".
