Start new conversation

You can start a new AI conversation on the AI Assistant overlay. 



Enter your question / prompt

Enter your question in the search bar. For the following screenshots, we will use the example "Can I take photos at a company event?".



As described here AI Assistant Tools & Agents, the control / orchestration agent decides which tool is best suited to answer the user question. The default is that the request is first handed over to the Knowledge Base agent to ground the answer in the client specific knowledge base. 



Find relevant knowledge base items

Based on the semantic similarity, the most relevant knowledge base items are retrieved and handed over as context to the Large Language Model to answer the user prompt. In our example use case, it found various knowledge base items that are shown on the screenshot. If you hoover over the item, you can see the content of the specific knowledge base item. If you click on the item, it will open the knowledge base item behind the AI Assistant overlay. You can close the overlay, view the knowledge base item and open up the overlay again if needed. 



References & sources

The provided answer also includes references to the used knowledge base items. References are shown at the end of the paragraphs or sentences. If you hoover over the reference, you will see the content of the respective knowledge base entry.
