ZOA uses an AI agent based approach. Each AI agent has specific capabilities that are described below. This means that the control or orchestration agent takes the initial user prompt and decides which other tools or agents is best suited to answer the user request. Currently following tools are available within the AI Assistant:

  • Query knowledge base: Has access to your ZOA knowledge base content and will try to answer any question based on the available information.
  • Search templates: Has a similar focus as the "Query knowledge base" but is calibrated towards finding templates and provides the link to the template document within your knowledge base.
  • News research: Has access to a news API from Microsoft to search for latest news on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Web research: Has access to the web search API from Microsoft and can search the web for relevant content to answer the user prompt.

If you know which tool you would like to use, you can directly select it by clicking on the Command-Icon within the AI Assistant overlay.

You can use multiple tools within an AI conversation. For example, you can first search for an answer in your ZOA knowledge base. If no relevant information is available, you can then instruct the AI Assistant to repeat the search also using a web search.
