The ZOA AI Assistant is only available to users if the account administrator activated the feature for the entire account. See details here: Activate AI Assistant for your ZOA account
You can access the AI Assistant by clicking on the AI Assistant button in the upper right corner of the page. The AI Assistant can be accessed from any page within ZOA.
Start new AI conversation
You can start a new AI conversation by clicking on the AI Assistant button in the upper right corner and enter your question in the search field.
Alternatively, you can also click on the Command-Icon in the upper right corner of the AI Conversations Box on the ZOA dashboard and select "New AI conversation".
Access to previous AI conversations
You can access previous AI conversations through the AI Conversations box on the ZOA dashboard (see screenshot above) or through the right hand sidebar of the AI Assistant overlay (see screenshot below).
